v0.32 Patch Released - Bigger Enemy Hitboxes, Quality of Life Features, Bug Fixes

Another small patch is out. Work has been slow these last few weeks as I've recently finished writing the soundtrack for the game Gravity Storm: First Mission. But now that the game has released, it's back to work. This patch is pretty small but contains some quality of life improvements and small bug fixes that have been noted by playtesters, and one of these is fairly significant: enemy hitboxes are enlarged vertically.  This has been an issue for a long time as it's been a compensation for the game's perspective. But this makes it almost impossible to attack enemies downward, which was not at all intended. This has largely been corrected for this patch.

I plan for this to be the last patch for some time barring no major issues, as I had been deep into making content for Zone 3 until I switched gears back in March toward revamping the game. I plan to return to finishing Zone 3, which as of the time of this post was around 70% complete.

Patch notes:

-Enemy hitboxes are enlarged vertically, making it easier to hit them with spells and weapons

-The game now remembers your settings and hotkeys from previous sessions when you boot up the game

-Peragor's health is lowered from 150 to 120, and the Iron Kensai should no longer encounter a case where it stands next to you in an idle state

-Improved transitions between smart and normal pathfinding

-Certain stages have been redesigned to reduce backtracking. This is largely due to issues that could be caused when smart pathfinding was activated

-Fixed multiple issues related to proper fade ins/outs and text alignment, largely seen in full screen

-Fixed visual issues related to resizing the screen

-Fixed a problem where it was possible to remap the same key to more than one command in certain cases

-Fixed an issue where talking to Alabaster in Zone 2 could cause her to get stuck in a dialogue loop

-You can no longer select "Continue" on the main screen if you don't have a save file. This led to strange behavior

-Exiting to the main screen in a combat zone now properly ends the combat music

-Fixed a potential glitch when entering the library in Zone 2
